Symptom

When running RZ70 with HTTP destination to send information from ABAP system to SLD (System Landscape Directory), it fails with the error below.


  Used HTTP destination: SLD_DS_<SID>  
  (110)HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED

Upon checking TCODE SMICM (Goto -> "Trace File" -> "Display All") you see the below error message as per the timestamp RZ70 was executed.


   *** ERROR => IcmIConnInitProtocolSpecificAttributes: No service for protocol HTTP started [icxxconn.c   3096]
