This article provides information on how to restrict the visibility of the Nomination section in Talent Cards for users.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Go to Succession > Succession Org Chart;
2. Search for a position and open the Position Card;
3. Nomination section is shown:

The visibility of the Nomination section on Talent Cards is controlled by the permission over the Nomination Portlet, under Employee Data section on Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

NOTE: Revoking "view" permission of Nomination Portlet in RBP will also remove the visibility of Nomination Portlet in People Profile.

To restrict the visibility, it is necessary to remove the "view" permission for the Nomination Portlet:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles;
2. Select the target permission role;
3. Click Permission;
4. Under Employee Data section, remove the view permission for the Nomination Portlet:

  

5. Save changes.
