2519894 - Error Message : Copying document not possible; reference document is not active

Symptom

The Error Message "Copying document not possible; reference document is not active" appears when you create a Follow-Up Service Order from Contract. The error messages disappears after few seconds and no data is copied from the Contract to the Service Order.
