2519896 - Communication data maintained for BP relationship cannot be read from ADR* table

Symptom

  • In t-code BP, an email address for the contact person has already been maintained as shown below, but this email address cannot be found in the ADR6 table.
  • The typical issue is that the email address cannot be read when maintaining the contact person partner function in a sales order.
  • When creating or changing the relationships (Contact Persons Address Data) of a Business Partner via BP t-code, the following tables are not updated correctly or at all: ADR2 (Telephone numbers), ADR3 (Fax numbers), ADR6 (Emails).
