2519975 - List Report Table component missing in Canvas Report Designer

Symptom

  • The List Report option is not available when adding a table component to an ORD report page or a Report Canvas page (in report center).
  • Advanced Reporting query is missing
  • Live Data under Detailed Reporting query is missing

Reproducing the Issue

List Report:

  1. Go to Report Center
  2. Create new Report Canvas
  3. Add the component > List Report is missing > see screenshot

Cause

  • Detailed Reporting permission is not enabled
  • There some switches that are disabled in Provisioning > Company Settings

Resolution

Please ensure that the assigned user role is granted the 'Detailed Reporting' functional permission.

  1. Go to Admin Center 
  2. Set user permission
  3. Manage Permission Role
  4. Analytics Permission > Enable the 'Detailed Reporting'
  5. Save

If the WFA is not integrated with RBP - do the following

  1. Go to Analytics Admin
  2. Role Maintenance
  3. Select the role > Edit > 
  4. Add the 'Detailed Reporting'
  5. Save

Detailed reporting is now enabled

*If the above permission is already in place but the issue persists, please open a ticket so that Support can check Provisioning settings and make any necessary corrections.
