Symptom

When Performing an Upgrade/Update using SUM, you get the below error message in the phase MAIN_NEWBAS/SUBMOD_UPSTAT/TR_PATCH_STATUS_UPGRADE.

1EETQ399 Last error code set is: SPAM status could not be updated, rc 1, reason = "The Note Assistant is not up-to-date. Please apply Note 1995550."
1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "TR_PATCH_STATUS_UPGRADE" aborted with severe errors ("20170810090513")

You may also get the following error in phase "PREP_EXTENSION/CPK_INCLUSION".
