Symptom
- You have software component CTS_PLUG installed on the managing system (Solution Manager) and again on the managed system(s)
- The managing system is on a higher CTS_PLUG support package level than the managed system(s) and when you distribute the plug-ins from the managing system to the managed system(s) the support package level of CTS_PLUG in the managed system(s) is/are not that of the managing system
