2520217 - Overdue ITEMs are not showing in User Compliance Details Report

Although users have ITEMS listed as “Overdue” on their respective learning plan the report “User compliance Details” CSV Shows the result as “Overdue” as NO

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create Items
2. Create Curriculum with Items required specifying the initial and retraining data
3. Assign Curriculum to users and wait for Item to be overdue
4. Run User Compliance Details (CSV) report
5. The Overdue Items are not on the report

This is because the Items have not yet been completed.

• The report User compliance is designed to provide you the information about a particular user who has completed the course before/after the required date
• The "Overdue" = Yes/no is decided considering criteria of Completed date and required date
• If the Item has not yet been completed, the report is not able to determine if it is overdue because there is no completion date
