2520313 - Risk Assessment Control tasks do not appear on the Tasks tab for Risk Assessments

Tasks created for a Control of a certain Risk in a Risk Assessment do not appear under the "Tasks" tab of the Risk Assessment.

For example, on the "Risks" tab of the Risk Assessment click the Assessment Step "Review/Edit Existing Controls" and select a Control, there is an Action under "Tasks" tab:

However, the same Action is not visible under "Tasks" tab of the Risk Assessment:
