2520375 - RSWF_XI_INSTANCES_DELETE cancelled due to work process stop

Job or report RSWF_XI_INSTANCES_DELETE failed with following errors in transaction SM21 (SystemLog)

1. In Job log overview, you can see:
   
   Job also cancelled due to process termination. See the system log
   
   
2. On transaction SM21 (SystemLog), you can see related workprocess stop.
   
   Error message point to a BTC work process or DIA work process.
   
   
3. Checking related work process trace file, showing errors as below:
