2520473 - Unable to add attachments to the Performance Form

When a Performance Form is in the Signature step or the Completed step, is no longer possible to add attachments.

1. In the Modify stage, the Add Attachments icon is visible to the permissioned user:

2. When the Performance Form is moved to a Signature or the Completed, the Add Attachment icon is no longer visible:

• This is the system behavior by design, not being able to add attachments to the form in the Signature or Completed step.
• Modifications to a Performance Form can only be carried out during the Modify steps on the route map.
• However, if you think the possibility to have this feature modified in the system, please feel free to go to the Community site and log this as enhancement request, the steps to do so you will find on KBA 2090228.
