• From Employee Central to SAP ERP

1. Employees manager, which you can see through transaction SFIOM_VIEW_REQUESTS is not replicated in the ERP system yet. Employee's manager must exist beforehand.
2. Company ID coming for EC has no mapping in table PAOCFEC_KMAPCOMC or ODFIN_MAP_BUKRS, therefore the system takes the original company ID that comes from EC, but this company ID does not exist in the back end system: e.g. in table T500P.
3. PERNR country grouping assignment is not consistent accross PERNRS history in IT0001 e.g. BUKRS of the first IT0001 record belongs, accordign to T500P to a different MOLGA than last BUKRS which should never happen

1. Replicate employee's manager beforehand.
2. Check in the employee key mapping tables ECPAO_EE_KMAP / PAOCFEC_EEKEYMAP that the manager is mapped, which means the manager exists in ERP. 
2. Company ID coming for EC has no mapping in table PAOCFEC_KMAPCOMC or ODFIN_MAP_BUKRS, therefore the system takes the original company ID that comes from EC, but this company ID does not exist in the back end system: e.g. in table T500P.
1. Ensure you consistently map BUKRS field (Company ID).
3. If you need to do an international transfer or international reassignment, a new PERNR has to be created in the back end

• Beforehand, check that note 2571592 has been implemented in your system.
• The employee key mapping tables ECPAO_EE_KMAP / PAOCFEC_EEKEYMAP are filled:
• At the migration time (Program ECPAO_EMPL_EXTRACTION), when all the master data present in the ERP system are replicated to the EC system.
• At employee replication process from EC to ERP, every time a new employee is hired.
