You have scoped for Demand Processing, that the format for the fields to be displayed in the Resource Scheduler Assignment bar is ABC (ABC is any set of fields selected for the display).
In the Resource Scheduler, the Assignment Bar displays the correct fields but the Tooltip for the mouse-over displays only the fields Time, Description and Account.
