In the Ticket-Item the Scheduling Method is not editable.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Services work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- In the search field enter ABC(where ABC is the Ticket Id) and open it.
- Go to the Service and Repair facet and line-item YY(where YY is line number) .
- Go to the General Data sub tab for the line-item YY and click on the Edit button.
You can see the the field Scheduling Method is non-editable.
The field Scheduling Method will be editable only if the Work Progress of item YY is with status as Open ,not for other status such as Not Relevant ,Ready, In Scheduling.
This is an expected system behavior.
