2520819 - Application Error when hiring new employee from Manage Pending Hire

• Complete a new Hire event from Manage Pending Hire, after you click submit, you receive an Application/Fingerprint error
• Error Example:

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
• Employee Central

1. Log-in to instance
2. Go to the Manage Pending Hire
3. Choose Employee that you want to hire
4. Click the Hire icon
5. The error message will populate

• Error happens when all of the Country Specific associations on the 'PaymentInformationDetailV3" object have been given Conditional Values
• Support Engineer - For full logs, please reference internal memo.

This is not Supported.  Country Specific Composite Object fields should be displayed/hidden using the UI Rules in Manage Configuration UI.

Workaround:

1. Remove the Conditional Values from all country specific PaymentInformationDetailV3 associations
2. You can reference the handbook for 'Setting up the Configuration UI', Here, download the pre-delivered Config UI for Payment Info including the Rules and Message Definitions
    (If you do not have access to this Manual, Please reach out to your Implemenatation partner to help with this step)
3. Then navigate to 'Admin Center' > 'Manage Configuration UI', and review the UI rules, this way you can see how the fields get hidden for each country
