2520948 - Cannot maintain Individual Number in IT3386 for dependents

Symptom

Error message 'No such family member exists in IT0021; specify an object ID if necessary' (HRPADJP_INDNR007) happens when trying to maintain the Individual Number for a family member in IT3386 through transaction code PA30.
