Symptom
Running SAP ABAP Application Servers on Linux.
You want to set up a remote monitoring connection to a Microsoft SQL Server instance.
After installing ODBC driver for Linux, you want to connect to a SQL Server with a sqlcmd command.
The following error message occurs:

If 'sqlcmd' is not a typo you can run the following command to lookup the package that contains the binary:
command-not-found sqlcmd
