2521012 - Language cannot be selected at the ASE Cockpit login prompt - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • You were able to choose English, Japanese or Chinese on Language menu at the ASE Cockpit login prompt screen until ASE 16.0 SP02 PL01.

  • However, Language menu at the login prompt screen does not exist on ASE 16.0 SP02 PL02 and later as below.

  • You cannot select any language, and all menu items and descriptions on ASE Cockpit screens are displayed in English only.
