2521173 - One more column is added to spool list width in further processing

When you create a spool list and then process it further (for example, you send it to SAPoffice), the list width is 1 column biggger than the previous width. 
As an result if the report has 132 columns, or the width is specified by LINE-SIZE=132, format X_65_132 is used for the original spool, but the list will be processed with format X_65_200 in further processing.
