Symptom

After the implementation of SAP Note 2258238, the following dump occurs while viewing any SAP Note:

What happened?
 Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLSCW_NA_REM" had to be terminated because it has
 come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
 In include "LSCWCU54 ", in line 321 of program
 "SAPLSCWC ", the following syntax errors
 have occurred:
 The data object "LS_NOTE_SUCCESSOR" does not have a component called "
 INST_MODE".
