2522126 - How is the "Required Date" of an item assigned via curriculum calculated in the database

I have been extracting the Curricula 'Required Date' from PA_STUD_QUAL_CPNT, but after completion of item the required date is not available in the database table.

The Required date of the item associated with curricula will be available in PA_STUD_QUAL_CPNT table in REQ_DTE column.

The curricula due date is always based on the Item retraining configuration:

• If the Item associated with the curricula is completed and does not have retraining set then system will set the required date as Null after completion.
• Whereas If the curricula has retraining set for the item then the next required date based on retraining settings will be updated in the REQ_DTE column after item completion.
• Note to account for DB timezone vs admin timezone as required date is calculated to end of the period. [e.g. for day retraining, LMS application may read 12/31/2018 (for EST 11:59pm) but DB reads 01/01/2019 (for UTC at 03:59am)]
