2522486 - Unable to Delete or Update Notes in Service Tickets

You are unable to Delete or Edit Notes in Service Tickets.

1. Go to Service work center.
2. Go to Tickets view.
3. Open the ticket ABC(where ABC is the ticket ID)
4. Navigate to Interactions facet.

There is no option available to Edit or Delete Notes.

At the current time, it is not possible edit/update/delete Ticket Interactions as these are kept for traceability reasons.
