Symptom

Following error occurs in step "Finalize Support Hub Connectivity":

     Web service ping failed for logical port LP_SISE_SUPPORTHUB, Proxy CO_SISEHUB_MI_O*

Ping Web Service as section 'Reproducing the Issue' may get the following errors:

  1. Web service ping failed (RC=401). Service Ping ERROR: Unauthorized  Service Ping ERROR: Unauthorized
  2. SOAP:1023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("IcmConnInitClientSSL: Proxy connection to https://servicepoint.sap.com:443 via webproxy.<proxy_host>:<proxy_port> failed (proxy returned 407 Proxy Authentication Required)")
  3. Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("Connect to servicepoint.sap.com:443 failed: NIEHOST_UNKNOWN(-2)")
  4. NIEROUT_INTERN(-93)
  5. Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED")
  6. SSL handshake with servicepoint.sap.com:443 failed: SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED (-102)
