2522838 - Permission settings of transport directory for other existing systems are missing after new system installation

Symptom

You finished installing an SAP system with SWPM on Windows OS. During the installation, you configure to use the same transport directory for the new SAP system with other existing SAP systems. After the installation, you find that the transport functions fail to work on other existing SAP systems. When you check the details, you find that the necessary permission/security settings of the shared transport directory for other existing SAP systems are missing. Only the permission setting for the newly installed SAP system exists.
