2523079 - Manager Assign/Remove Learning feature

Symptom

It is desired to have the updated view for the Manager Assign/Remove Learning feature.

Resolution

The Assign/Remove Learning feature has two different flows/layouts, it depends if the setting "updatedSupervisorFlow=" is set to "true" or "false". When it is set to "false", it shows the old flow/layout.

As confirmed by Product Management, the old manager flow/layout is no longer supported. It is not intended to make any changes to this unsupported feature.

The above-mentioned setting is present in the Learning admin side under System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN config file.

Note: When removing assigned learning and selecting an item/program, the feature will display all of the manager's subordinates employees and not only the ones assigned to the selected item/program. This is expected behavior and, if desired, an enhancement request can be created to change the feature dynamicity (please refer to KBA 2090228).
