Reproducing the Issue

Please see that the Total Hours Field is missing below:

Cause

"Duration" field is not added in the Entity Configuration of Item.

Resolution

Add the "Duration" field in Entity Configuration of Item as shown below:

After saving the changes, you will see the Total Hours as below:
