2523824 - Abort errors when Release/Check Contract after importing from Excel

Symptom

A Contract is created with Outlines and Services, maybe with 2 or 3 level Outlines. If Contract is exported into an excel file and changes are done to any of the Outlines (using "Change Option" as "U"), after importing it back the following errors could appear if Check/Release button is pressed:
