2523827 - Report Jobs missing from Admin side

Symptom

Without deleting the scheduled Report Jobs from the interface, the Learning admin has lost its access to one or some Report Jobs, but it is still receiving the reports.

Reproducing the Issue

In the Learning admin side, click:

  1. Reports >
  2. Report Jobs tab >
  3. There is one or some reports in the list, but the Admin receives reports for more reports than the ones from the list.

Cause

The Learning admin lost its access to one or some Report Jobs due to the change on the roles assigned to it. With it, the missing workflows let the Admin unable to view the reports in the Report Jobs tab, but it continues to receive the reports.

Resolution

It is necessary to either add again to the Learning admin the roles with the workflows that keep the reports available in the Report Jobs tab or add to the new role assigned to the Learning admin the workflows related to the reports from the Report Jobs.
