Replicate Business Partner and Replicate Business Partner Relationship hyperlinks are inactive under Extract Data to External System

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator work center
  2. Select Extract Data to External System

Cause

The cause for the issue is that the relevant scoping questions are not active in the system

Questions:

Do you want to replicate business partner data from an external application or solution to your cloud solution?

Do you want to replicate business partner data from your cloud solution to an external application or solution?

Resolution

Scope the above questions using below steps to enable the replication links:

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Select Implementations Projects view.
  3. Select the First Implementation and select Edit Project Scope button
  4. Go to Questions
  5. Expand Communication and Information Exchange
  6. Expand Integration with External Applications and Solutions
  7. Select Integration of Master Data
  8. Under the section Business Partner you can find the above questions
