2524016 - Unable to log into Lumira Server for teams with kerberos authentication enabled

Symptom

  • Unable to log into Lumira Server for teams when the SIA (Service Intelligence Agent) is running under a service account from another domain
  • A red triangle appears when attempting to log in with Windows AD authentication
  • Windows AD authentication is configured and enabled on Lumira Server for teams
  • When the SIA is running under the local service account logging in with the enterprise administrator is successful
