Symptom

  • Fiori Client can't connect using SAP Authenticator to the Fiori Launchpad site
    AND
  • On the device running Fiori Client the application logs show entries like:
    7200 SMP_AUTH_PROXY ERROR didReceiveAuthenticationChallenge:completionHandler:, Authentication Error: no client certificate available for mutual authentication
    7200 SMP_AUTH_PROXY ERROR populateClientIdentityListFromKeychain:, no identity item found
    7200 SMP_AUTH_PROXY ERROR didReceiveAuthenticationChallenge:completionHandler:, Authentication Error: no client certificate available for mutual authentication
