2524318 - PO Item quantity decreasing below confirmation quantity not raise ME 668 (Notified quantity for confirmation category &1 exceeds PO quantity) system message

If we have a purchase order (PO) into which we enter a confirmation quantity bigger than the item quantity then (based on customizing error or warning) ME 668 "Notified quantity for confirmation category &1 exceeds PO quantity" message comes.
This message only appears if you open the PO and edit the confirmation tab's quantity, making it bigger than the item's quantity. But if you maintain the confirmation for example same as the item quantity and afterwards (before saving) you decrease the item quantity, the error not comes.

If you change the item quantity to be lower than the confirmation quantity, then just the ME 545 warning comes (... already confirmed for item 00010) which is hardcoded warning.
And also this warning not even comes if we do the confirmation's maintanance and the item quantity descreasing in one step (without saving the PO between the changes) because ME 545 can only come if the EKES table (confirmations) already stores the confirmation.
