2524347 - Heat Map Chart Type Greyed Out

You would like to change the chart type of your report view to Heat map, however this chart type is greyed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to either the work center Business Analytics or Analysis.
2. Open the respective report and arrange the view / selection as required.
3. Click on Chart Type.

Heat Map is greyed out.

The Heat Map chart type can only be used with 1 key figure.

Please make sure your report view contains at least and no more than 1 key figure.

Please also note that the Heat Map chart is supposed to be gradients of one colour only. Before 1911 it was showing multiple colours which was an incorrect behaviour.
