2524358 - SAP BI4.2: 'EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION' generated in logs when refresh /schedule webi reports is successful in BI launchpad

Symptom

  • After upgrading from SAP Bi4.1 to SAp BI4.2 SP3, when refreshing / scheduling to excel Webi reports in BI launchpad, several .coreinfo  and .coreinfo.callstack are generated under the BI logging folder
  • No Anomaly is seen on the front end: the refresh / schedule is successful and there is no crash of Webi processing server (WPS)
