2524561 - How to check Downtime Availability Report.

To check the planned and unplanned downtime in the system.

Follow the below steps in order to see the planned and unplanned downtime in the system:

1. Go to Service Control Center Work Center.
2. Go to System Availability View.

In the above screenshot you can check the planned and unplanned downtime for your system. SLA Relevant will be set as No if its a planned downtime else it will be set as Yes.
