2524580 - Download Report Data in Text Format

You have some reports in your system and you currently need to download them in text file (.txt, .doc, etc). However, you cannot find this option in the system.

1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Reports view.
2. Show All and Find XYZ report.
3. Open the report.
4. Click on Go button.
5. Move all the fields which you want to see in the report from Not Currently Shown to Rows.
6. Click on Download button.
7. See the available options as below
1. Report in Microsoft Excel® in XML Format
2. Report in CSV Format
3. Data Source in CSV Format
8. You cannot find Text Format there.

SAP provide only the shown options.

This is the system designed behavior. We do not provide the Text Format option.
