• Customer is getting an error while trying to correct contingent worker records. Unable to change end date in work order through imports.
• Error is received upon Job Information import: You have provided an incorrect event reason. Enter an event reason belonging to Start Contingent Worker, No Show, or Data Change events only.

ECWK (End Contingent worker) records cannot be imported/added via History. We create and manage them via code.

Customer should import SCWK (Start Contingent Worker) and ECWK records are created automatically based on the data.

This import of SCWK can be done in Full Purge mode via Import Employee Data > Import Data > Job Information.
