How to configure business rules for work order alerts and notifications?

Resolution

Configure a business rule as following:

Configure an off-cycle batch in Admin Centre -> Manage Data as following:

Please take special attention to the operator and the offset you select. In case you select 45 days, for example, no alerts will be triggered when adding the contingent worker the end date in within less than 45 days.

In Provisioning, create and submit a new Job as following:

Please note that the job owner of the above-mentioned job must have permission to Work Order object. If the job owner does not have the permission, the alert will not be generated.
