Email is triggered to a defined set of recipients when an offer has been approved by all approvers and has no further approvals pending.

1. Create Email in Manage Recruiting Email Templates
2. Configure in recruiting Email Triggers -> Select Templates and define Recipients
3. Create Offer 
4. Complete approval process

The recruiting email trigger function allows you to set up an email that will automatically be triggered upon completion of the approval process.
