2524947 - Link to Follow-up Documents and Emails from Related Transactions Assignment Block Doesn't Work

Symptom

When working with a CRM Order, ITSM, or Charm document, links to related documents or e-mails cannot be opened from the "Related Transactions" or "Scope" assignment blocks.

When trying to access the document from the "Related Transactions" assignment block, the following error appears:
"Navigation not possible; object type has not been defined"
