Symptom
- Below error can be seen in the transfer_ownership_SAP<SID>_tables.log while doing system copy using SWPM(Software Provisioning Manager).

DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a
valid Command Line Processor command.
During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0552N "DB2<target sid>" does not have the privilege to perform operation "TRANSFER OWNERSHIP". SQLSTATE=42502 - From SAPinst_dev.log:
