2525104 - Cannot increase the confirmed quantity on the APO delivery proposal screen for sales orders

Symptom

While ATP check in a sales order you have decreased the proposed confirmed quantity on the APO delivery proposal screen.  Afterwards you have pressed the button ’One Time delivery’ or ’Delivery Proposal’. On the same screen then you cannot increase the confirmed quantity.
You can observe the same system behavior also with RBA functionality on the ATP result screen 'Preselection of suitable substitutions'.
