2525127 - Successor missing in Lineage Chart

In the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Module, there are successors/nominees showing in the Succession Org Chart position nodes; however, when navigating to the Lineage Chart, within the Succession Module, the same successors/nominees are not visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Successor is nominated in the Succession Org Chart (SOC);
2. The successor goes to "pending" status;
3. The successor is showing in the SOC:

This may be due to pending nominations added in Succession Org Chart:

Pending nominations cannot be seen on the lineage chart, only when the nominations are approved.
