2525133 - PDF Forms Hanging When Selected From a Panel - Onboarding

Symptom

  • PDF files fail to load when selected from a panel
  • PDF files opened from a panel hang the system

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

This issue is a result of selecting the incorrect Link Type when creating the panel and linking the associated PDF.

Resolution

Ensure that the link type in the panel is set to "PDF Template" whenever the target file type is a PDF file.
