2525141 - Lifetime Expiry Notifications not being Sent

• You have configured the Time Dependent Publishing functionality on one or more folders in KM and specified that a notification mail should be sent to alert you to the expiring 'Lifetime' of resources - notification mails are not being received however 
• Other notification mails are being received (eg. Daily/Weekly Subscriptions), which indicates the issue is not with the mail service itself
