2525198 - Cannot see Folder Icons in BI 4.x

Symptom

  • Folder icons are missing after installing BI Platform 4.x. Not able to see icons for folders while navigating through Central Management Console (CMC) and BI Launchpad (BILP)

  • Folder icons may also be missing in CMC -> Promotion Management after clicking 'Add Objects' when creating a new job.
  • Clicking on a folder in Promotion Management 'Add Objects' page will not load any of the content of the folder (displays a blank / white page), therefore selection of content to migrate is not possible, so Promotion / migration of content is also not possible
