2525201 - Syntax error in program /TMWFLOW/CL_CM_CONFIG=========CP - Solution Manager 7.2

Creating a Change doument (SMHF/ZMHF) gives the following error:
"500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: Syntax error in program  /TMWFLOW/CL_CM_CONFIG=========CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)"

 The current ABAP program "CL_AL_CRM_CM_UTILITY==========CP" had to be 
 terminated because it has 
 come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
