2525224 - Missing OData Service when Attempting to Add Service in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICES

On a Hub system (non-embedded), the administrator is unable to locate a Fiori OData service when attempting to add it in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICES using the "Add Service" button. When searching with the backend system's alias, the expected result does not appear. When searching with the LOCAL system alias, the results appear the same as what was shown when searching using the backend system's alias such as what is seen below:
