2525287 - Recording Absences in Timesheet UI

• Time off requests could only be created, edited and cancelled via Time Off (Employee Self-Service) or Administer Time (Manager/Admin Self-Service)
• Existing time off requests are displayed in Time Sheet and included in overtime calculation and premium pay generation

In 1611 release, time off requests can now be created, edited and cancelled via Time Sheet as well. e.g. negative time recorders who are having a working time account can now record both their "plus hours" (working time in addition to their planned working time) and "minus hours" (absence for less working time drawn from the employee's working time account) in the Time Sheet

Limitations

• The '+ Add Absence' button will be visible only if the list of available time types in the time profile includes at least one time type of classification 'Absence'. In addition, if the user is the employee, at least one of the available 'Absence' time types must be set to 'Enabled for ESS = Yes'.
• The 'pencil' icon to edit/cancel an existing absence listed under subsection Absences shall be visible only if the corresponding time type is included in the list of available time types in the time profile. In addition, if the user is the employee, the time types must be set to 'Enabled for ESS = Yes' as well.
• If the Time Sheet user is different from the employee for whom an absence shall be created or edited/cancelled, the dropdown listbox for Time Type shall include all available 'Absence' time types from the time profile.
• If the Time Sheet user is the employee for whom an absence shall be created or edited/cancelled, the dropdown listbox for Time Type shall include only those available 'Absence' time types from the time profile for which 'Enabled for ESS = Yes' is set.
• The  '+ Add Absence' button will be visible only if People Profile (PP3) is enabled.
