2525434 - Vocabulary Annotation File not found on SAP GW Server

Symptom

When starting your Fiori application, error "Vocabulary Annotation File 'XXXXX' version 'XXXX' not found on SAP GW Server" is issued.
In gateway system, you can see error /IWFND/MED220 in the gateway error log /IWFND/ERROR_LOG:
